Hello, my name is Jacob. I would like to talk about proper installation and repair of the HVAC system in your commercial building. Full scale HVAC systems for commercial buildings require ongoing maintenance and repairs to keep every floor and room at a comfortable temperature. These temperature control systems also control the air quality in the building by sending the airflow through filter elements. My site will cover all aspects of the upkeep needed for these systems. I will also talk about the benefits of keeping your air quality and temperatures at desirable levels. Thanks for coming to visit my website.

Unless you have been using your HVAC unit's heater setting during the winter, then it is possible that your HVAC system has been completely ignored all year round. Now that summer is approaching, you will be wanting to turn that puppy on and drop the temperature in your overly-warm home. However, there are some things you should do first. These things include making sure you clean or replace the filter and having the system services. Read the information below for a clear understanding as to why both of these things are so important to the well-being of your unit:
Cleaning or replacing the filter – Since you haven't used the system in a while, the chances are good that much dust has collected on the filter. There is even the chance that you never cleaned it at the end of the last season once you stopped using it; this means there can be a bunch of build-up on it. Starting up your unit before cleaning this filter is going to cause a lot of that dust to get choked into the system; this will put much more work on the unit and spit out a lot of dust into your home. Some filters are disposable, while others you cut to fit in the space and pop them in. When they need cleaning, you take the hose to them and pop them back in after they have air dried. Don't use the system while the filter is not in place.
Having the HVAC system serviced – Before you use the air conditioning unit for the first time in the summer, get a tech out to service it for you. During the servicing process, there are a few things they will check and/or take care of. These things include:
